Tyler did great work for us. HES helped us select the best location for the ducting chases from the attic to the first floor and that worked out very well I also appreciated HES professionalism and patience when we had some delays in our project. Our Builder’s AC vendor agreed with all of the findings from Tyler’s analysis and report and has agreed to remedy the issues....at their cost! After Tyler presented our case with the full weight of his evidence and findings, our builder has agreed to replace ducts - with dampers, attic insulation, install a new thermostat, and a new (correctly sized) AC unit with the (correct sizing tonnage.) We would not be in this position if not for the work, write-up, and analytics Tyler performed, and we cannot thank HES enough!
